Steering Wheel Clicking

I've noticed a clicking in the steering wheel area while in driving. Does anyone know whats the cause of the noise. Have you guys noticed anything like this on yor cars? thx

When does it happen? straight line, turning, bumps?

Doesn't matter, if im going in a straight line or turning, its always there. I notice it more Frequently when the a/c is on.
