OK, guys and gals, I have been an amateur detailer and I have shown my chevelle and VTX in car shows for years. I came across a product called Rejex to protect my unclearcoated polished rims. This stuff is awesome. It goes on like a wax, but you let it dry for 20 minutes or so and then it must stay dry and dirt free for 12 hours to cure. I put mine on, let it sit a day and it wiped right off, then again waited a day to drive my car. That was 6 weeks and 2100 miles ago. I just washed my car and the water on the wheels still beaded up like a fresh coat of Meguiars on my hood. All I used to clean my wheels was my car wash soap and a wash mit, no spray bottle of rim cleaner was needed. This stuff is great.
