I already have
UIM/LIM gasket sets from GM
HV3 and UIM from ZZP
injector o-rings from Fel-Pro
what else do I need?

You might want to get the coolant elbows. Not sure if they came from the kit.

X2 on the coolant elbows. They will break when you take the old ones out. Don't forget the new T-stat as well. Also check your water pump just to be safe. If its leaking that would be a good time to fix that. I bought a throttle body gasket just in case. I did not need it though. I also installed the spacer for the throttle body from ZZP which blocks off the coolant from going to the throttle body. Other than that I think your set.

x3 on coolant elbows and t-stat.
Since you will have everything off, might as well change the PCV and ECT sensor.

was just on Autozone.com and didnt see coolant elbows listed. are they known by another name?

Planning on me, Slick, and maybe Ace one of these weekends. Arc is more than welcome if she can make it.
Good news is that GM has the elbows in stock. Guess where I'm going right after work?
The PCV, according to GM, is part of the UIM. Awesome. ECT, t-stat and gasket, and water pump set are all available through Autozone.
