Ive been pondering this for a while now, a guy up the street from me has a honda civic, completely tricked out, turbo, suspension, etc. can hear him comin all the way up the block everyday. Ive been wondering, what kind of mods would it take for a civic to catch a GP? I have yet to meet one that even gave me a good race.
