I am thinking of replacing the struts with either KYB's or Koni's ( have not decided yet ) but was wondering what is involved after, is a wheel alignment or any other work necessary as this is simply a swap?

I just replaced mine with KYB's and i had to get an alignment done after. Also, you should get the strut mounts replaced with the struts because they can cause a lot of noise and problems too...and you don't want to do this at separate times because you will pay for an alignment twice and other labor...
