T-bat, FYI... I painted my PVC intake and the filter would not stay on, it kept slipping off. I realized the problem was that I painted the part of the intake that the filter slides on to. I had to scrape paint from around the edge, where the filter seats on the intake.

Very nice Tbat. I'm still unclear how you guys are zip tying the PCM down. Do you use a really HUGE zip tie all the way around the PCM, or does it have holes or tabs that you can put the tie thru? What part of the chasis do you put the tie thru? Hope to do mine tomorrow, but securing the PCM is the only question I have. I'm a visual learner and I have seen dozens of CAI photos, but nobody shows the PCM zip tied down.

I'll get some pics tomorrow (it'll be too dark when I get home tonight) of what I ended up doing. It's out of the norm as far as placement, but it works good. End highjack.

Agree with Herc. Guessing the way you are, you'll probably make some sweet design on the CAI.
