I have the manually dual climate control and I have done many searches and read all that I can find and on occasion my Passenger Side climate control will drift to hot but if I cycle the slider a few times it will go back to cold on the ac so I am thinking the actuator is going but I can not find any directions on where it is and what is involved in DIY replacement

thanks

The temp actuators are mounted on either side of the heater box; and can be electric or vacuum operated. You can get the number for the correct one from the parts dept of your GM dealer(give them the last 8 digits of your VIN). AC Delco's part# for the actuators: 15-73627 Hope that helps! cheers
