A thermostat swap is supposed to be a pretty easy modification. And I guess it was.

But those f-ing bolts that hold the housing down are in there. I broke 2 10mm sockets in the process. I recommend getting some sockets with warrantys if you are going to do this.

Just letting everyone who want to do this know.

Edit: Also, have a razorblade handy. My gasket had melted to the housing.
