tranny settings

finally was able to get a good file for the top swap my only question is im running a gtp bin with settings modified for a gt, but under the transmission section under the gear ratios there is more to choose then there is for gt's. for first gear its set to 2.92 shouldnt that be 3.69? what about for the other gears?

3.69, no.
Believe gts are 3.29 and gtps are 2.93 or 2.92

those are final drive ratios, not first gear, if I am not mistaken.

yea i just had a bin made for me, in which they used a hex editor, and in the transmission section i now have the option to change different gear ratios. also im throwing a P0742 so the car is not allowing me to shift correctly, and inhibits tcc engagement

Do you need the stock tranny tables for your tranny, is that your issue?

no ive tried importing my stock settings in and still nothing still throwing the code. im writing in my org file to see if its an issue with my car or with the file....

what is the last gear set for? If it's 2.92, you should try multiplying all the gear ratios by 3.29/2.92.

not sure, ill have to check later on tonight, but i wrote one of his other bins, gt os with gtp settings and she is running ok, didnt set the P0742 yet. but one thing I am noticing is that 3rd is long. it isnt till I hit around the 50's till she shifts into 4th. I'm gonna have to import my tranny settings from my org bin and see if that helps any

My tranny doesn't shift into 4th until 45mph and even then you have to barely be touching the gas to get it to drop into gear.

I've lately been cruising around 60mph for a few minutes before the car finally decides to shift into 4th.
