Clear corners! Plus that chopper some of you like. :D (56k warn)

Got them yesterday. They prove to me how crappy my driver's side headlamp is, and how badly it needed to be replaced. But ignore that, if it stands out, and be distracted by the chopper!

looks good, i thought at first you were talking about the bicycle beside the car in the first pic being the chopper, but then i scrolled down and seen the real chopper.

My favorite is the photo looking through the forks at the car.

I never was a fan of clear lights but because your car is clean and an even red, it looks really good here. Guess clears do look good when yellow does not.

What are those items on your GP's hood?

nice shots Arcx!...I've seen a number of people put the clear corners on and I have to admit they are growing on me a bit...I'm assuming you also have to install yellow tint bulbs?

I suggest getting a set of S'star turn signals, or even chrome coated. S'star has a blue-ish/purple-ish look until lit, they light DOT amber.
If you go for the chrome coated bulbs be sure you get the amber chrome coated. Some are Xenon chrome coated and are normal lights, no color.
And, if you really want to stand out, or be a little different, get a set of Xenon side marker bulbs. They have a slightly blueish look to them, instead of amber.

Other than that (and get rid of those hood thingies!) it's looking good for a red 4 door.

Get some Sylvania Silver Star signal bulbs. That would like real good. Only $20... they really do make all the difference in the world trust us.

Your car is not legal until you get yellow side marker lights. Or, likewise, get the xenon side marker lights.

Think about getting a package deal on the corners and headlight capsules. They'll look much better together.

I love the clear corners, I got a set a couple months ago and took the ugly pinstripes off my car. havent had a chance to take pics yet (waiting to get new mufflers, already have the tips )

Austin!!! are you sure that the side marker bulbs you have are DOT approved? When I put my clear corners in with the stock white bulbs he said that they are not legal, then he said to go to pep boys and buy yellow ones, which are like 40 cents.

They have to flash yellow to be legal. Blue tinted ones will get you into trouble with the po po.

TX law says you can have white or yellow.
I put my yellow bulbs in when I go to get an inspection, just to be safe.

Yes, Blue lights anywhere on your car is illegal, along with red lights forward of the rear of the car, and white lights pointing back, except when moving in reverse.

Play it safe and stick with yellow.
