Engine Codes

I posted this in 04 but nobody touched it. So I'm gonna be a repost Nazi just once and see if anyone hits it here.

Just want to make sure im right on this and if not get some education.

The L67 is the supercharge model for 97-03 GTP. Is the L27 the replacement for this. I have seen this engine code around but not sure if is a SC or A NA engine.

I looked on my window sticker and couldnt find a actual engine code. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I think the engine code for the Series 3 S/C is L32..so my bet is the L27 is under your hood..

I think I read about this on a previous post or somewhere, but I believe that is correct though

Your close but its the L26 that replaced the L36 the only inprovement from what i can see is they replaced the imfamous plstic upper intake plenum with an aluminum one someone correct me if i'm wrong.PS I can't believe i guy wouldn't know what model engine he has under the hood for shame
