trannys CRAP

OK the trannys been whining for a while now ever since i bought it. it clunks from r to d somewhat. its got 96k on it now and the fluid is clean and the levels good, never added fluid, but it has little air bubbles in it. sooo..... idk what to do since it prolly needs replaced and if thats the case im selling the grand prix for a chevy truck

clunking when going into gear is going to be a blown mount problem. I doubt its an internal problem.

I agree with Ordonez, Might be a mount issues, take a look and see. Mine whines really loud since I got the car almost 3 years ago... I hate the whining noise!

Why get another pickup with the way gas prices are? Just fix your car its a nice car and you tend to think too poorly of it.

dude im surprised you havent bent anything on that car yet. especially since you told me yesterdaty that you bent the frame on the camaro by ramping an intersection and you said you do the same thing with the GP. IDK man you want our help for your car but you NEVER take care of it! Your 15 or 16 and you have a lot of learning to do. Ya your GP was on its way out but you can still give it TLC and make it better but you never want to do it...you do burnouts and everything in the car and wonder why its acting up..hmmmm?

Good luck for fix them or get pick up truck. I think he want pick up truck because he live farm around I believe. His driveway is from gravel right? This car will dirty every single day.

when i lived in HS i drove on gravel every day ... and i still kept my engine clean but i did it EVERY weekend ... and no it wasnt my gp

I was told the same thing that its mine tranny mounts because mine also clunks when I go into R and D when I first bought the car

The only thing you need to really worry about when it comes to our tranny's is how they shift.

Mine whines like a supercharger and used to clunk when going from R to D (rotating motor mounts fixed that) but the physically the tranny is fine and I'm not going to start throwing money at a problem that doesn't exist.

Just like everyone else said, replace your motor and tranny mounts and go from there.

i fixed my tranny the mounts fixed, i beat the hell out my other cars im nice to my grand prix gt. i like my car it just needs body work.

01 GT i take meraculous care of my GOOd Cars(GP) i bought the bertillena camaro for 500 bucks jsut to beat it up for fun . when i took my car off the jump i was goin 20.....didnt even leave ground or anything or bottom out....want as dramatic as i prolly told it to be
