Rear Speakers

Well u know theres this cover over the back speakers. I had to rip them out to instal the new ones. But now I cant get them back on.
Did u guys put the case back on or did u guys carpet it?
Any pictures??

be more specefic, you mean the plastic covers over each or the entire rear deck?

Yes I didnt know u had to take out the seats so I just ripped them out and now I cant put them back on.

Yep your gonna have to take the seat out I hope you didn't break em if so. Time to epoxy em.

So you rip gray cover where speaker is? I think you are screwed. Maybe glue them or get other one from Ed Moard or ebay (found one).

I think you should ask us for how to remove speaker first before you start. I guess you learned your lesson.

I have to removed whole backseat for get speaker cover out (3rd brake light) for tint. There is mine.



Believe me. I try that under trunk. Nothing work out so you have to do inside of car. It is not that hard work.

That's what I used to think, until I actually replaced them. Too bad, that would have been SO much easier.

And you should have ordered from Crutchfield, they send you free installation instructions. wink

What is point to install aftermarket speaker? I remember I read your other thread that you will keep this car for one year. I think it is kind waste money for new speaker when you will sell this car after one year pass.

Because he can remove the speakers and reinstall the stockers when it's time. And then he can use the good speakers in the next car.
