For anyone looking for HID's for your cars, DO NOT use seller SuperVtec from Ebay. For the last 4 weeks i have been going back and forth with them on a problem i have been having on my grandma's HID kit in installed on her 09 Chevy Equinox. Her kit is the same kit we use by the way. Well one of her ballasts went bad, so i thought great, now i am going to have to replace it, well it has a warranty, i have been trying to contact them for over 4 weeks, and for the last week i have been emailing them everyday, well finally they email me response to ALL of the emails i have been sending them. They all say the same thing. Return the ballast and they will ship a new one. Only problem is the first email i got from them in the beginning was instructing me to get the part number and take a picture of the ballast and then they would send me a new one free of charge, without me having to send in the first ballast. The reason i am so frustrated is because the Equinox is a VERY difficult vehicle to change a headlight on, you have to pull appart the whole front facia basicly, and thats not something im wanting to do more than i have to. So buyer beware, SuperVtec from Ebay, NOT GOOD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ive had problems with VVME though Elliot. And ebay is cheap. Ive never had aany problems with anyone else where i get my kits from, i made the mistake of useing this selling ONCE, and it will be my last.

Well, VVME has MSN messenger and i talk to them just for fun lol (a bit bored)

They offered refunds for me, even though i just had bad ground.

BTW, maybe it wasnt secure, seems to be all the people fault for the HIDs failing, not the product, idk maybe i just havent seen enough

Ive installed over 15 HID kits. Never had a problem with any, but the kit i bought from this seller.

Another brand I would recommend staying away from is ALINE Electronics wholesaler. Had a ballast go out and they never did respond to my emails and messages (they don't even have a phone number)

I'm getting even more frustrated now. i have to pull apart the vehicle and send in the part before they will replace it, the first time they said they would send a new one then i send the old one ONCE i got the new one. Im frustrated becaue the whole front facia of the Equinox has to come off for me to get to it!

The whole kit has gone bad now. Now i have to return the whole thing! UHHH i hate dealing with this.
