Saturday May 14th... who's going?
I'm in, TexasGP's in.
I'm planning on leaving Austin somewhere around 3:30 that Sat. Should get to the track around 6:30. I want to have a little bit of time out in the parking lot to do a quick clean up, remove bra, wipe wheels, clean windshield, remove front plate and put the cover on.

There is a car show in Austin the Saturday before, and I've decided to enter it. I've got a few things I have to get done before then. I've got to get my engine bay cleaned up. I want to get my cross braces and motor mounts painted red.
I found some Hooker exhaust tips that I'm going to get. 4" single outs, resonated. I'll need to get those installed, once I get them.

Scroll down to Laps For Charity 1.

For $25 they will pace you around the track for 3 laps, for another $10 you can get your pic taken in victory lane. It's a pretty frickin' cool deal.

So far it looks like 1 from Austin, 2 from Killeen, 1 from Waco, and 1 possible maybe from Pasadena.

It'll be a blast!

Austin...I have to work that day, but get off at 4:30......most likely will get of an hour earlier than that though. You said you are leaving Austin around 3:30??? It takes about 45 minutes to get to Killeen from there right??? If so, pop into my work and we will all leave together.....I work right off the highway...Of couse, PM me when it gets closer to work out some details.....

1) you
2) Mike 99gt2dr, or something like that.
3) Dovexxx something or other(...or is he not from Killeen?)
1-2-3

You'll be fine with the times that you have to work. I'll go straight to your work and leaving from there will be good. We'll head into Waco and get Arcxnus in line with us and roll into TMS.

I've still got your number so I'll give you a call on the Friday night before.

I'm hoping to bring my camera. The wife might try to take it. She's taking the little one to a friends birthday party. If I can keep her mind off of it I'll be able to snatch it. If I can't get it I'm going to have to rely on the 'ol 35mm camera.

But don't worry, I'm sure we'll all post our "Victoy Lane" shots.

BTW Canadian...
The more I see your car, the more I really like those wheels, nice job on picking them. thumbsup
