Motor trend had a photo shoot of the new challenger and the resemblence was even greater. I couldn't find the pics online.

Oh man, that's too funny! I just recently bought the Lightning McQueen die cast for my nephew, and was reading the Challenger article in Musclecar Enthusiast today, but didn't spot the resemblance until now! LOL!! laugh

The two doo look alot alike...
I wonder if there is a little nascar influence in the whole Challenger deal. Rumor has it that the dodge Charger is going to be scrapped in Nascar in the next year or so.... Not sure what they will replace it with b/c I sure as hell wouldn't want to drive the 300, stratus, or the dreaded Neon in a race.
It will be nice to see what they are going to use though. All I know is I want them to start using the Grand Prix again in Nascar. Why did they get rid of it in the first place??? confused

Just watch out for the new Caliber SRT. Iirc it's putting out over 300 ponies.

I believe that they did it to eliminate the GM competition between Chevy and Pontiac.
