okay so here's what i'm thinking... i don't know if i'm going to keep the car past next year so i might not even do it, but i'm wondering about carbon fiber look...
i'm talking about a gen 1 spoiler CF F1 hood CF...
and then the custom part would be to take the fascias out and lay carbon fiber over them and resin and everything and make it have a carbon fiber look...
and if i got the sd front air dam i would lay carbon fiber over the middle part and CF that too... making the edges white and the middle CF
what do you guys think? it could look good but it could also be a little ricey...

If it isnt real carbon fiber, its ricey. Just to lay carbon fiber over the top would be rice
You can never have too much real carbon fiber. IMO

I'm with ordonez: real carbon fiber is beautiful and functional. Look at Redgie's GP on this site. He has the whole carbon fiber setup and it's awesome. If I could afford it, I'd run a carbon fiber hood and other accessories. It's like chrome, but more useful.

Its not my taste.
Not sure how that stick-on stuff looks after a while in the sun.

I find painting carbon fiber to be a tragedy. I love the look of raw carbon fiber under resin. Painting it would ruin one of my reasons for getting it.

I have the hood and spolier in CF and all I can say is they regularly get alot of positive comments, so far NO ONE has suggested my car was peiced together from junk yard parts....

the only reason i was thinking about the fascias was because there's such a stark contrast between white and CF... i was gonna do the fascias to even out that contrast... just a thought... corey your car would look amazing with a CF hood... i drove by this red WS6 yesterday with the Ws6 hood in CF and it was sexy...
