celebrated by going through one of the few car washes I trust around here. hate not doing it myself, but I know I have to to keep all the salt off (and it just doesn't feel right driving her when she's dirty)

IMO black is best looking color when clean, but hardest to keep clean. (although I know palsut for sure will disagree on the best color)

Thanks guys, I know 70K is not a lot but I plan on having this for a long time. I know there will be problems, I hope to keep them to a minimum. When I bought the car it had just had the tranny replaced with a gm rebuilt, and one of the heads was replaced. I've heard of lot of guys say the engines last forever but the tranny's don't last nearly as long, so I'm happy it's basically brand new.
Most of what's gone wrong so far has been electrical and a couple of busted tie rods, nothing with the drivetrain so far (knock on wood)

i prayyyy that my tranny doesnt go, but no signs of it yet, but congrats im about to hit 91,000

lol well I like black color but like you say cleaning is pain the butt. So that's why I like silver because I don't see any dirt on it.

70K is not that bad. My winter car just turn to 61K today.

lol when my summer car hit 100K mileage. I gave her a good bath and tell her you are doing good. Don't create any failure parts. Keep me happy as long it is running fine. It is now 106K.

Medium Gulf Blue and the deep red maroon color I can't remember the actual name are the best colors.

Redfire Metallic, like UMFans car. Yes, those two are real nice too.
