Well I was bored today so I broke out my sand paper and bench grinder with buffing pads. Here's the result.



It was all yellow and hazed over. My shoulder was sore so I just used the buffing wheel on the turn signal housing.

Whats the point of those lines in the headlights? Typically seems to be in older cars, Is it just so its not so bright?

Those lines are actually prizms on the inside of the lense. They are used to focus the light providing a better beam. Because of those prizms the lowbeams on the truck actually work better then the high beams on the GP. When I hit the high beams it's like daylight.

yeah i did the same with my gps old crusty headlights and they look alot better. looks alot better herc!
