well yesterday they came and took the car. it was kinda rushed and i didn't get all the parts that were laying around thrown in. nor did i have time to get the dp to sell to zzp. i was given 50 bucks and within moments my first financed car was swept away. One thing i would like to add, it still looked like a beast going down the last road of her life. May that gp rest in peace.

no he still has his red one, the one taken away was one he wrecked a while ago
Is there some type of law that permits a car for sitting, I'm assuming it was at your house.

Certain states or certain homeowners clauses do. Like in my city, you have to have your trailer or a boat behind a fence and at least 3 feet back from front of house. Others are more strict and some have no issues. And neighbors can complain!
so it was a HOA that made you get rid of it?
