Surround Sound

I have been trying to hook my t.v up to my stereo for a few days now and it is driving me nuts. I have a switcher, the reciever has an aux mode and i have even tried connecting straight from the tv to the stereo and nuthing works. Gotta watch the packer game in surround!

does your tv have an audio out?

Hook your signal from cable or sat into your receiver. The out from the receiver (either rca or coax) goes to your tv. Make sure you have the receiver tuned to that specific aux (tv/sat is usually the one used).
