I read the submission instructions and nowhere does it say you give them rights to your photo. Just FYI.

The way I see it, if they asked if they could use the pic I would have said yes.
If I contact them about using my pic without my permission, they'd probably remove it.
They thought the pic was good enough to use for advertising a product I bought from them and I get a pic of my car in their advertisement.
I'm happy.

I noticed that awhile ago but I thought they had your consent since you sent the pic in to them, but I would also look into that to see if money can be awarded to you.
