Email I sent to them today.

I recentrly purchased a dual bolt pattern flex plate. It arrived today and it looks like it was removed from a car and put in a box. I see no signs of this being new and would appreciate some sort of reimbursement.

yeah, that definitely looks used. i would contact mike on clubgp and show him those pics. hell definitely do something about it.

lol? Uhm hate to break it to ya but the only new flexplates are the molly's. All they do is take used flexplates and drill out for dual pattern.

i mean yeah, I understand that, but why advertise a picture showing that its clearly in brand new condition? That is the argument i believe he is going for here.

Well not only is there a picture with a brand new one there description says "brand new gm flex plate". I also sent them an email. Well see what happens.

ZZP does the same thing dude lol. They clean one up and take a pic haha.

it doesnt matter though Chris. Dont claim that its brand new and send someone a used one, thats just not good business at all. i dont care what company or whos selling it to me, if you're advertising it as a brand new product, I better be receiving a brand new product, otherwise I want either a full refund and ill ship the product back or I want a partial refund.
