Need A Mod's Help

I'm trying to change my email over to another account from the excite.com one I have on file because it hasn't worked in 2 years at least. I try to change it to one with yahoo.com but when I hit submit, I get a Mod error, go back and it red it says that it is waiting on validation.

My yahoo has not got anything and if it goes to excite, I will never get it?
