which plug wire size is best for gas mileage?
7mm or 8mm? i assume 8 gives more power, and 7 is stock for the GP, or at least thats whats on mine, its not supoercharged... so what is gonna be best for my gas mileage here?

OEM wires are going to be the best choice overall.

All plug wire would do is dictate how much energy gets from the coil pack to the spark plug. Most performance versions are 8.5, but then they are also meant for new ignition controllers that increase the power of the spark. If you're sticking with the stock system, I doubt you'll see a difference. The only thing the performance versions will gain you is new color options.

I got 8.5 MSD wires before I knew their reputation. I got better throttle response but only a teeeeny bit. No change in gas mileage whatsoever.

If you want to know more about them, you can do a search in the archives. You may run into other mods that were discussed as well.
