These types of bulbs have no light output at all, I know, I've tried a pair like this a while back. My lights from the factory where lighter then most of these crappy lights. Althought they may give the color blue of the lights.

Me, I rather have light output verses color unless there real HIDs.

id stay away from those kind of bulbs...not to burst your bubble, but if you want cheap bright, use silverstars...if you can afford expensive bright, use HID's...ebay is the cheapest place for hids...

Are the silverstars output white or the ugly yellow like all the rest? I drive city so I just want something that outputs white and not yellow.

Just use Silver stars, a buddy of mine swears by those POS ebay lights, they are nothing but crap, and they burn up in a month.

Silverstars are very white light compared to stock. You can buy them relatively cheap at Walmart. If you have a pep boys near you, watch for good sales on these bulbs. I actually have the "Cool Blue" bulbs in my 04 Monte. I took them out of the 01 Monte that I traded it in for. The are also white, but not as white as the silverstars. They are even cheaper. Remember not to touch the glass of these bulbs with your fingers. Just the oil off you skin can cause them to blow out much sooner.

Eurodesigns honestly aren't bad bulbs. I bought a set for my girls grand prix about 3 years ago and they are still working good. Maybe I just got lucky and got a good set. They are actually fairly bright also.
