Get a diagnostic check done on the ABS. The ABS and traction control are on the same system in a way. If you fix the ABS problem, the trac light will probably resolve itself as well. Look at the wheel speed sensors at all 4 wheels. Sensor failure is the most common failure, but look out if a front sensor is out. Some of these sensors are part of the wheel/hub bearing assembly; about $400.00 (American) installed. Also, check the wiring to the sensors. It's slightly possible that wiring may have come loose or broken, from what you're saying.

check the wires on the wheel sensors. My money is on either a connector came off or you broke a wire.

Yes, given the fact that the lights starting coming on after you hit the tracks, I'd check the wiring. It really shouldn't make a difference, unless someone has tampered with the wiring at one point, and maybe misrouted it. Connectors and wiring should all stay intact regardless of what kind of bump you hit. I'd still have the check done, just so you know and don't waste any time running in circles, and you can tell exactly which wheel to look at.

Ah Hahhh.... You should maybe find out why the wire came off; as they shouldn't by themselves by just hitting a bump. Is the wiring too tight? Misrouted? Maybe look into it a little further, but glad to hear you figured it out.

the plastic clip coulda rotted out and broke allowing the connector to come out. Just a guess.
and it looks like I shoulda put some money on it smile
