It could be your cat. Back in 2005, I thought I was having tranny issues and so I was told that it might need to have the tranny fluid flush and filled and so I flush the old tranny fluid and that actually gave me my tranny problems. All along it was my cat that gave me issues and it was replaced under warranty from the dealership along witht the 02 sensor for the cat.
I would say see if its your engine/tranny mounts are shot before you do any thing to the tranny itself. Then if the problem is still there then take it to the warranty place and they should just replaced the tranny with a new one. This mechanic told me back in 2005 that a tranny with more than 150,000 miles are not pretty in the inside because of all the mileage and said rebuilding the tranny after 150,000 miles is not a good idea. I don't know if thats true or not.
