Ya 19" are max in my book and that's just for shows etc. 18" look nice, any way you put it they will look better lowered. Personally I hate chrome wheels on sports cars. Idk not my look lol.

Some of the reasons they may think this is because comfort may be an issue. I'm sure the ride is a bit stiffer riding on 20's then it would be on 18's. Another reason 18's would be a better choice is because it is not as hard on the car. 18's still can give you some of the comfort and ride quality and not be as hard on the car while still looking good. Maybe now that gives you a better idea why people choose 18's over 20's. 20's are for looks and 16" is the most idle for performance because I do believe torque stars are some of the lightest wheels you will run across.

right on, i can understand that. i think alot of you guys are squeezeing everything you can out of your GP's or attempting to get as much bang for your buck as possible. I think thats awesome it's just not what i want out of mine. Maybe eventually but not now. Hell i've probably only ran mine over 4500 rpm's maybe 3-4 times since i've owned it and i've had it for about 5 months.
I was actually looking for a set of black 18's with a chrome lip when i got these. they just sorta fell in my lap at the perfect time. The guy bought them new for his GTP. So there was no question on offset or anything like that. Also they have a set of Kuhmo's on them that look brand new. The wheels aren't curbed, scratched or anything like. They were basically just perfect wheels with great tires for $600! I couldn't pass on them.
