Ok, im putting switchbacks in the turn sigals and 194's in the side markers.

Anyone know what watt resistor and what kind i need so i dont have to solder up the relay now?

Everyone at clubgp just shoots down the idea of resistors in the circuit, but this is easier than soldering.

Thanks!

Don't do it.
Go to your local auto parts store and get an electronic flasher for LEDs or contact backnblack on CGP and hit him up for one of his modded flashers.

resistor = waste of electricity and a lot of heat for no reaosn. just buy the correct flasher.

Yeah, just buy one of those heavy duty electronic flasher typically advertised for towing. Problem solved.

If you still want to go the resistor route, it's a bit of a math game. You have to add up the volts of the leds in a circuit and then figure out how much voltage you need to dissipate with resistors. BackinBlack's site has the formula I believe. I haven't got it memorized.

Rook, do you have an autozone part # for one that works. I cant find one that has the right prong setup and is variable load. I got a gift card to autozone for christmas and this might be the perfect time to use it

I'm wanting to say it's EP35, but I might be wrong. I'd have to check when I go into work tomorrow afternoon.

EP28 is the OEM one. EP35 would be a variable load EP28?
