I have some HID bulbs in my car. I got them from Wal-Mart or Autozone or somewhere. Anyway, I just put mine in like normal bulbs. They have lasted me about two years. They suck though as far light projection. I have to use my fog lights at night, and you can forget about having brights.

if you want true HID's buy the kit, dont to just bulbs, the bulbs will satisfy you for maybe a few days, after a while you will wish you have acual HID's.

Yeah, the kits run pretty high though. Otherwise I would have one already. I am probably going to put some regular bulbs back in mine.

they are bright blue, they are very easy to install, the balast plugs into your stock bulb holes, then the new HID bulbs slide into your original bulb spot, then you have to find a place to mount the balast, i have mine mounted behind the bumper.

what about fog light hids? I want hids but I don't want to have blue or white headlights with ugly yellow fogs, you'll def be able to tell the difference. Also, i've been looking at the zzp kit for a while. the kit says its 129, but then one of the options is BALAST ONLY (-$100) or SINGLE BULB ONLY (-$100). ??? What does this mean, you select single bulb or balast only and you only pay $29?? I dc about high beams, i live in the city so I can't use them. Does this mean i can just select single bulb? can any one explain both of these options for me please lol.

The Xenon's only have HID look, and they do just plug right in. It's what I've got, and they look good. But Buggy is right, you can forget about highbeams. Interestingly enough, I found out recently that when I turn my high beams on, my right headlight goes out. Weird...
Where did you get your bulbs, Boosten? I've been looking for some that look good with my Xenon headlights, but I can't find anything that doesn't give the ugly yellow.

I have HIDS in the headlights and fog lights, and love them. The ZZP kits are overpriced, just go on ebay and find them cheap, unless you want to spend the extra money.

Our bulbs have two filaments, one for high beams and the other for low beams. The filament for your high beams is out. Replace the bulb and it will be fine.
