[/b]Yeah but new consoles come out every 5 years or so? With consoles you also don't need to worry about patches, conflicts with other programs, compatibility, etc. I got tired of continually having to upgrade my PC to play games, and have components crap out on me. Then, not only could I not play games, but I couldn't use my PC. I'm also not a fan of PC games where I have to use a mouse/joystick and keyboard. It just gets too complicated. I like console games with a joystick only.

WASD/Mouse combos are much faster for FPS gaming. There's a reason why people on the original Xbox got mouse/keyboard adapters for playing HALO and were raping their controller counterparts. Similar outfits exist for the 360, but they're not cheap.

Yep, it's faster for sure...if you can adapt to it. But it feels unnatural to me.

I started out on PC games, so controllers are a little forgein to me, but you adapt and get used to it.
I still think it's easier to play an FPS on the PC though.

FPS and RTS games are good for PC, but other types are more suited to the controller

Well soulonfire, the enemies do wear helmets in the game lol and that protects a good portion of there head, and they move often so they are hard to hit because they use life-like tatics against ya. I noticed this aswell but now i can get headshots like no other, but heck if your having trouble killing enemies just get a trainer and get a one hit kill cheat on:)

I've always try and beat the game on hard before i cheat, im just frustrated that i can snipe some guy in the chest and he is still alive, thats not realistic, even if they are wearing body armor. i would have rather the beef up the AI instead of giving all the enemies infinite health

I'm an old Grand Turismo fan, but I haven't played it since GT2. I'll be darned if I'm going to buy a PS3 just for that though.
