You may feel like you need a nap but don't. Black out your bed room. Have a drink or two or a sleeping pill and go to sleep. Get up at your normal time and do the same thing the next day. By day three your 95% back to normal. I agree. I've done this when I returned from Europe, and I do it when I return to Oregon from Michigan. I find it's much easier returning than going there.
