I don't have a problem with you asking; the only problem with calling is almost all my time right now is spent at work, asleep, or in transit between. We're short on management, so I'm putting in massive amounts of overtime (haven't had a day off in a month), so getting ahold of my might be a tad challenging. PMing me here might be better...or, if you have any IMs, I can set up a time to meet you that way.
However, if you would prefer to call, let me know, and I'll work something out.

Hey Rick,
Sorry I didn't answer the phone yesterday... It was charging in the office while I was out cursing at the car.
I'll try and give you a call a little later today when I'm done cursing at the car and threatening it with a sledge hammer.

Ace: for right now, it is MUCH easier for me to call. In a week, I'll be back at home so IMing would be easy.
Slick: not a problem. Ya know why it's so appropriate to name your car a woman's name? So you can get away with callin it a b______. good luck with the wrenchin', dude.
thanks for the respones, yall. sure is a load off my wife's mind as well. and thats whats important right now. again, thanks, and later.

NNE of Houston... Rick: On the bright side it's still only a day trip away... Everyone to Slick's place for a get together! If it actually happens it'll be pizza unless I get a grill.

Lufkin is about 2.5 hours from Houston, 3.5 hours from Dallas, 2.5 hours from B/CS, 21 hours from Phoenix, and a lifetime away from my gives-a-eff.
Jon, a day trip? IF I get a day off, Im gonna try to avoid a divorce from a wife isolated from any real opportunities. I MIGHT be able to see yall sometime in the next 3-ish years. But dont hold your breath, man.

The funny thing is, everybody has ALWAYS spelled my name Johnathan (with the occasional Jonathon). And yet, I've never met ANYONE actually named Jonathan who spells it any different than I do.
My dumb*** JROTC instructor one year spelled it three different ways on three different awards. At least he got ONE of them right...moron.
