I thought you had a classic truck?

My question is, after watching many Overhauling shows, is even though you think its smooth, how do you know for sure?
Because they paint the cars and it looks flawless.
I just don't see how you can't see imperfections with all the beating, sanding,welding, bondo they use. I'd be afraid to paint and see spots were'nt smoooth.
