I'll be a homeowner.
I signed the paperwork this afternoon. The woman and I close on May 30th. I'll post some pictures as soon as I upload them to my laptop.
I immediately went out and celebrated with a good root scaling thanks to my dentist. Novakane is still wearing off...

Congrats! Late last year I had vinyl siding installed. Later this year (after my car is paid off ) we'll be expanding our back porch and adding an overhang to cover the porch. About 5 years ago we had our interior completely redone. And I think I'm real close to finally getting that storage shed I've always wanted. $$$

LOL, aint that the truth. I'm 28, and couldnt dream of owning a house right now. Lord knows I wanna, but the income is just not there, ya know?
