OK..I will use my limited analytical abilities on cars that are post 1970. I have a 2000GPGT recently purchased used with now 15k+ miles. Of course, the warranty expired 4 weeks ago, and have had a few other issues (see my earlier post on Speaker Removal). The latest darthvader is now a failure of forward movement with the drivers power seat. All other movements are OK. In my view, I believe the switch on the seat itself is defective, since I can move it forward (or should I say my wife has). Pontiac wants ~$70 for a new one. Before I argue with the place of purchase (CarMax), does anyone concur with my analysis?

Thanks,
Joe(He part of He&She)who's feeling a little crowded kooky

OK...for those of you interested, it's amazing what a little can of compressed air can do.

Corrected the posted problem immediately
