Is it okay to have my plates visable online? I think i can use my computer to blur them but i was wondering if it isn't a good idea to have them so visable.

Only thing bad about showing your plates is you advertise what mods are done to your car and unscrupulouse people will be able to target your ride to steal and part out. I don't worry about it that's what insurance is for wink

To combat those who are against it I will bring up the fact of your talking to a stranger about your car at a show and looky their your plates are on display. So...

Who would you be more worried about some one on a computer or some one within 10' of your car?

Good point. Internet paranoia is still around.
If somebody happens to be local enough, I'm sure they can identify our car by means other than the plates. Most of us have some kind of customized appearance.

You should just take that plate off the front of the car. You can buy a plate insert online.

Front plates make cars look ugly.

Talk to Ed Morad. You might even be able to get one already painted.

I always get pulled over for the front plate around here. They're always super nice about it too, for some reason. I have yet to get pulled over more than once for it by the same group (st hway patrol / cities).
