are you running the N/A throttle body and MAF or are you running the GTP stuff?
I know that can cause issues too.
but if the PCM is not turning the fuel pump on , then it is not getting a signal from something else that it needs in order to allow the pump to turn on.
just "looking" at wires will not do much. Kind of like looking under the hood at a car lot, all it really accomplishes is seeing if the engine is oily due to a leak. otherwise you are just "looking" at it and its not telling you anything really.
