that fuse prob blew when i sparked the pcm but who knows like i said the first day the pump was acting weird so i might've fixed something that might've gone out, either way i have a new pump and harness out of it all...

Or if you had gone over the fuses.

i did check the fuses all that pertained to the fuel and ignition, i wasnt aware of the ecm or what it did...
just got back from picking it up and yes more issues. ABS light is on and the ebrake doesnt want to engage, as well as the steering is tight. I feel these 2 go hand in hand with a bad hook up on the tow.... gonna call them now to see whats up but other then that i need to solve the hid issue as the high beams work lows dont... but she starts and runs fine with a few more fixes and a tune i will have successfully completed my top swap.

my ebrake is messed up too. everything LOOKS normal (rotors, pads, cables) but they just will not hold the car on any incline. I have the cable adjusted as far as it can be adjusted.
only thing I can think of is that the inside of the rotor where the park brake sits, was turned.
that is my next project, I live in a city with lots of hills, and I'm sure my park pawl is loving me! I try to park where I do not need the park brake, or stress the pawl too much, but can't always make that happen.
yours may be due to the tow truck, not sure if it worked fine before they towed it, and now it doesn't then obviously they did something.
good luck!

Sounds like a speed sensor issue in your front wheel hubs, make sure those connectors are checked out, if you're lucky someone just knocked it loose.
