Probably, but maybe not an Accord. Or maybe not one with stock piping.

what do you mean by do i have a ruler? im talking about the diameter, to know what inlet outlet size muffler to get, i guess if i had a flimsy ruler or w/e i could wrap it around but i just didnt feel like doing that, plus it's for my friends car not mine

Just out of curiosity, if you want the diameter, why would you wrap it around the exhaust? I mean, you could figure it out with a math equations, but that's a lot of pointless work when you could just measure across.
Are you looking for the diameter, or the circumference?

Just call up an auto store, ask for pricing on a OEM muffler and then ask them what the inlet and outlet dimensions are, they will tell you.

Why do you have to wrap it around? The diameter is the distance across the circle, not around it. So go the the exhaust tip and put the ruler up to it.

if your looking for the circumference, wrap a string around the pipe, then measure the length of the string... but you will need a ruler like drummerboy said
