Think about the compuer and radio and other stuff that would have been crushed. 3k is probably right. But can you imagine being the officer...going inside, then coming out and seeing something like that? That would suck.

KBB doesn't apply. Most of those cruisers get sold at car auctions. Getting your hands on a '00 for $2k with under 200k miles is completely feasible.
