On the way to work I saw a vintage, late 60s VW Bug (nice yellow color) with a Type R sticker on the back.

Also had a Dale Earnhart bumpersticker and a couple very small chrome exhaust tips (1 inch maybe?).

He was weaving in and out of traffic, but it still sounded like a lawnmower.

The old VW's came stock with marshmallow shooter exhaust. Can't figure out why. My dad's had about 10 of them in his life, including an exact replica of Herbie. He says you can remove the entire motor from the engine bay in the back by yourself. I still think they're stupid, but I'd love to build myself a dune buggy wink

And what the hell is up with that damn TypeR sticker. I see it on EVERYTHING now!

Now the Germans are in on it!

Edit: Nad reminded me! I drove alongside a dune buggy on the interstate, it had license plates and everything. He got off at the same exit I did, got a picture, but it's on a different camera. I'll see if the person who has it will send it to me soon.
