well they were all able to be worked out without too much trouble.

by far my worst internet experience is buying a used sound mixing board on ebay. short story: i recieved it damaged and not working, seller had me file a UPS claim, UPS picked it up and simply dropepd it back off at the seller's house- refused to insure it (seller either didn't pay for insurance or packed it improperly), seller sat on it for weeks, seller took it to repair shop, repair shop needed the power supply i still had, i shipped it to them, they couldn't fix it, was refused my money back, didnt hear from seller for a month, decided to pay seller a suprise in-person visit, drove out to his house one state away, found out he died, wife gladly gave me the broken mixer back, thought the death might've been BS but i did find confirmation, then ended up fixing the mixer myself.

I have always had great experience with ZZP - fast shipping and quality parts. Also got my PowrTuner shipped in less that two weeks from PFYC . . fastest time I've read on getting one so far. Should be here sometime this week.

both times i have brought from 3800 perfromance they ship to the wrong address no idea how they messed up cause the info i gave was correct but pfyc and zzp have been great to me quick responses and shipping... but any one else experinece the miss ship from 3800?
