It's a white gauge overlay. You can get them off ebay.


You need to take out the cluster, take off the plastic screen, remove the needles (make sure you remember where they point to because you'll have to put them back in the same spot) and then slide the overlay on.

Maybe it's a whole cluster? Idk, I've never looked into them, i like the stock one.
