ok on the DIC Its never been lit up before but i just noticed today there is a boost gauge and performance shift. I know its for the GTP's
1. will the performance shift light come on if i get the shift knob and a pcm reprogram like pfyc's one?
2. does anyone know if theres a way to get the boost gauge to work on a gt. im guessing theres some sort of sensor? or the pcm? just wondering cause i might get the m90 kit eventually and then the boost gauge would come in handy

2ed one, wait till you get the S/C and hook it up to a vacume line. you cant have one without a s/c.

Not really sure how that thing works. I do know it's not at all accurate as to how much boost you are actually using. It's more of a novelty item to let you know your dipping into some power.

Since the PCM gets readings for vacuum/boost, I would imagine the DIC boost gauge would get its reading from there, but then I have no idea why it would be inaccurate.
Just install a standard boost gauge when you do the M90 kit... With a setup like that you'll want to know exactly whats going on. Plus it'll look cool cool
When you do the vacuum lines on the kit, you just have to put a T in the right spot, and run a line into your cabin to the gauge. Or go with an electronic sending unit so you don't have to run a pressurized line and worry about leaks.
