i was told by someone that said hes done it on a similar car that if you want to go faster on a stock pcm that before you hit the limit like lets say 80 or so you flick the hazard button a few times then before you get before 105 you let them on.. he said that it over rides the pcm and puts it into some type or mode that makes it think it needs to go faster for what ever reason? anyone hear about this, does it work?

That's crazy; why everyone knows that in order to travel through time, the vehicle integrated with the flux capacitor needs to be travelling at 88 mph (141.6 km/h), and requires 1.21 gigawatts ... hammer

Hey, at least something related to the hazards makes some kind of sense.

This question isn't NEARLY as bad as asking if putting on the parking brake will let you go faster than the limiter. crazy lol

Now now guys.

No there is nothing short of reprogramming that will over ride the speed limiter.

ok well i was playing wit a 4 cylinder on the way home from work tonight and i maxed out at 105 like always.. so on the straight stretch out side my house i wanted to try it ... well i think there is some validity to it i want to try it some more but i was able to pull a lil bit pass the 105 which didnt happen before i was also in 3rd so that might have something to do with it im not sure but i looked at it twice and it def was 106 or 7 not sure ...

Don't try it again! Going that speed and paying attention is dangerous, you doing it while messing with that crap is not to bright. Just find a Tuner and set your limiter to 255 like me!

The analog speedo has an error which may be why you see 105-107 when the cutout hits.

The HUD is way more accurate. For those without a HUD and want an accurate digital readout if you have the digital HVAC there is a procedure to have the speed read through your HVAC HU. I can't remember the button sequence but I tried it and it worked.

Something like hold in both driver and passenger temp buttons until the screen blinks or something then turn the dial to what ever diagnostic you want. Can't remember what's all available.
