i see one problem witht the 2nd car ... there is an antenna on the back ... doing all of that custom paint and stuff you woulda thought they would have shaved it or something

I think the headlight covers are another GP because in other pics of the Daytona you can tell there aren't covers and the other car has transparent black ones not body colored ones.
4drgt- Where do you see a GTX badge?

its a sticker ... on the blue daytona ... under the hood above the hood latch ... kinda hard to see there is glare
also look there is an hour meter mounted there 2 hahaha not something you would see on a grand prix

Oh yeah the glare definitely got me there. Not sure I like all those stickers on the pace car though, they look a lot better when they're clean like Herc's. I'm not sure about the one with the flames either. I'm not sure what color that interior is (colorblind) but it definitely looks like crap to me. I do like the engine bay though

Most show cars these days are about bling instead of taste. I blame ricers and rappers.
They've got some oomph under the hood thanks to the factory, but I wonder how far performance is? I see intakes, and possible headers on the black one.

bling or no bling I wish my engine bay looked that good  We have the Asphalt Angels Rod and Custom show coming up in Feb...I'll have to make sure I post a slideshow. You got a link to more pics Herc?

There were two differnt pace cars. The GTX one did have the GTX hood only I didn't capture the ram air hood very well. It's washed out in the white.  Ohh in my haste to post pics I forgot there were two TAs there as well one good lookin smokey and bandit rendition and another just good resto. Ohh and the black one was a GT with a motor swap.

They're going to have a big car show up here in Indy sometime in Feb. I think it's the World of Wheels one. So I will put up pics when I go. GT GP Guy, you live in the Indy area, are you going?
