tranny acts funny

okay so sometimes my car does not Kick-down like it should. it will sometimes Go liek it should and sometime just like Go WOT stay at around 3000 then kick ? what would cause this?

yes, it like doesnt want kick down and shift as fast as it should. im going to add a bottle of lucas and see what it does

My guess is the throttle position sensor. Does it Rev high sometimes?
