I'm not such a big fan of the PT Cruiser sedan myself and even less so of the "woody" models...but the convertible being a two-door with a much lower roof profile I think makes a world of difference in the look. Plus the turbo 4 makes a hoot to drive. I have to admit some of the best cars I have owned have been Chrysler products...I guess thats as much luck as anything else.

I dont know if I'm going to be able to make the GM nats at Carlisle or not as of yet. I certainly would like to but our vacation plans for this summer are still up in the air for right now. If we tackle this cross country thing in July then allother summer travel will be off the books. If we do a spring trip instead then it may be possible...gotta get this bloody thing fixed first.

From what I've heard, poly control arm bushings are a bad idea. It will limit the travel of the suspension and create wheelhop.

I looked around on Energy Suspension's site, but no luck. Summit Racing carries Moog replacements, which of course can be found locally as well. wink

I wonder if one of your new lower mounts went bad. It wouldn't be the first time I've seen that happen. If it's only vibrating under acceleration I'm thinking the motor is torquing itself against a member somewhere. Or the exhaust is getting pushed up against the floor board.
